Ray Waite
Ray is the founder of Lighthouse Force. He works with organizations and teams to prepare them to identify and learn the skills that will make them excellent leaders of their industries today and into the future.
Management Experience
With 30 years of industry experience in the telecom and commerce markets Ray is more than qualified to help you lead your team. Much of his experience includes leading many international teams to project success. In his management and project roles, Ray has faced many complex situations and problems, and has learned and practiced what is needed to ensure success.
Speaking Experience
Some of Ray's speaking experience includes presenting and consulting with the Ohio Entrepreneur Expo, the Engineering Foundation of Ohio, The National Society of Professional Engineers, Synergy National, Nokia, and The American Society for Engineering Education.
Education
Ray has a Master of Science degree from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the National Speakers Association and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certificate from the Project Management Institute, and has earned the Competent Communicator award from Toastmasters International.
